Your Hero rewards credit will be transferred through escrow at closing. 

Absolutely! You will receive your rewards at closing. 

The rewards will be calculated after our commission splits and any real estate related fees that we're responsible for. 25% of our net commission will be our rewards to you.

The maximum rewards amount that we will credit back is $5,000 per transaction. 

To receive the credit, you will need to completely close on your property. You will see the credit on your closing statement when you sign your final paperwork. Only once your transaction is recorded by the county and officially closed, will you fully receive your reward benefit.

Just reach out to us and we will walk you through the process. We will help you with the sale of your home and purchase. In order for you  to benefit from this program, we will need to represent you as our Realtor®.

We LOVE working with our referral partners. If you refer a client to us that we represent and they qualify for the program, we will happily pay you a referral fee. We will take good care of  your client and they will absolutely still receive the 25% rewards credit after commission splits.
